Architecture - Strategy (Dome of Dreams)
I create the future using the Long Game Framework. This is the Dome of Dreams. It organizes the strategy in the system. This diagram lists the projects I’m working on for Project Honeylight, the cross-functional relationships between the projects, and the sequencing of each project. I convert this diagram into a project plan in the next step.
I’ve always created the future I imagine using this structure. This is the first time I’m showing it to other people.
